Note 7 of 7
BNB Payment Troubleshooting: Four Things to Establish Before You Write to Support
When a deposit has not appeared, the first useful move is not to write to anyone but to establish four facts. They sort the problem into a few kinds, and each kind has a different next step.
Nothing here promises that a lost transfer comes back. Rollbit says funds are generally unrecoverable if sent via the wrong network, and that is the honest starting point.
Four facts, in order
A transfer that never left the wallet has no hash and no problem on the operator’s side.
Duelbits and Cloudbet name bscscan.com for BNB. If the hash shows there, the transfer went out on BNB Smart Chain.
The screenshot of the network label and the minimum is the reference to compare the transfer with.
Cloudbet and Rollbit both say amounts below the minimum are not credited.
What the answers point to
A hash visible on the right explorer, at a sufficient amount, to the address the cashier gave, is a question for the operator’s support, and the hash is what they will ask for first. A hash on a different network’s explorer, or an amount under the floor, is a question of whether anything can be done, and the operators’ own words on that are cautious.
Sending a second payment to see whether it arrives is how one problem becomes two. Establish the facts first.
Short answers
Should I send the amount again to be safe?
Not until you know why the first one did not arrive. A second transfer sent for the same reason is lost for the same reason.
